Terms and Conditions for the "For Her Health" Review and Reward Campaign

Eligibility:

• Only pharmacy personnel who participated in the earlier GynaGuard tester program are eligible for this campaign reward.

• Each eligible user is entitled to receive one (1) unit of GynaGuard 28's after submitting their review.

Review Submission:

• Reviews must be submitted with correct information to qualify for the reward.

• The final date for review submissions is September 30, 2024.

Reward Distribution:

• Each eligible user will receive one (1) unit of GynaGuard 28's upon successful submission of their review.

General Conditions:

• This offer is subject to availability and limited to the campaign period.

• The campaign organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
